We are investing our own capital with no outside investors—meaning there is no outside influence on how the business will be run. Unlike many opportunistic buyers who don't invest their own money and are forced to appease investors and ultimately sell the company in 5 years to return a profit for their investors, we will operate the business as our own baby for the long haul.
